Position: Tasting Room Associate / Wine Educator
Pay: $16.00–$19.00/hour base tips
(Some of our staff earn $20–$21/hr with tips!)
Schedule: Weekends & holidays required. Flexible hours.

Domaine LeSeurre Winery is a passionate, family-owned winery located on the shores of Keuka Lake. We focus on handcrafted wines, meaningful guest experiences, and a welcoming atmosphere.
We are growing and looking for warm, curious, wine-loving individuals to join our tasting room team.
Whether you’re discovering a new passion or already immersed in wine, this is more than a job — it’s a place to grow. Several of our part-time team members have advanced into full-time leadership roles.
What You’ll Do:
- Welcome guests and guide them through engaging wine tastings
- Share our story, wines, and Finger Lakes heritage
- Support wine sales and guest education
- Maintain a clean, organized, inviting tasting room
- Assist with special events and live music evenings
- Learn more about winemaking and hospitality excellence
