Accountant Office Manager(Full-Time)
Dolson, Inc. a heavy and highway construction company, is seeking an Accountant Office Manager.
The candidate must be detail-oriented and self-motivated. This small office has a varied and independent work environment.
Qualifications
Minimum of Associates Degree in Accounting
3 years of accounting experience.
Strong understanding of general accounting principles
Experience in Sage or other accounting software.
High attention to detail and accuracy
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
Key Responsibilities
Accounts Receivable
Job Cost Accounting
Audits including Financial, 401(k), Insurance, Union
Maintain and manage general ledger accounts
Monthly financial preparation
Quarterly/year end payroll reports.
Working with Accounting firm for year end and tax needs
Provide backup and oversight for Accounts Payable and Payroll
