Define and execute performance testing using NeoLoad.
Analyze results, identify bottlenecks, and provide tuning recommendations.
Integrate performance testing into CI/CD pipelines.
Work with development and infrastructure teams to improve application performance.
Prepare performance reports and ensure SLA compliance.

Qualifications:
5 years of performance engineering experience.
Hands-on expertise with NeoLoad.
Strong understanding of web, API, and database performance.
Experience with monitoring tools (AppDynamics, Dynatrace, or similar).
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
