Job Overview:
Position: LPN or Licensed Practical Nurse
- Location: Uniontown, PA 15401
- Contract Duration: 11 weeks
- Guaranteed Hours: 40
- Shifts: 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM
- Pay: $36/hr to $38/hr
Key Responsibilities:
- Ability to administer medication orally or by injection
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of medication safety to alert physicians of any observations during care
- Understanding of wound care, such as dressing, cleaning and otherwise caring for patient wounds
- Knowledge of infection control practices and how to promote patient safety and hygiene
- Soft skills, such as empathy and interpersonal and communication, to support positive patient experiences
- Proficient in working with digital medical records systems
