Clearing tables, resetting for next guests, maintaining a clean environment. Excellent customer service skills a must. Responsibilities include:

  • Clearing dirty dishes and glasses
  • Resetting tables with linens, silverware, and glassware
  • Maintaining cleanliness of dining area, including sweeping and polishing
  • Assisting servers with requests
  • Working efficiently in a fast-paced environment
