Rest1 Restaurant Manager

We are seeking a strong, hands-on Restaurant Manager with a passion for hospitality, team leadership, guest experience, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and floor management
• Ensure exceptional guest experience and service standards
• Lead and coach front-of-house staff
• Assist with training, scheduling, and team development
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and operational flow
• Support sales initiatives, promotions, and upselling strategies
• Work closely with culinary and hotel leadership teams
• Handle guest concerns professionally and efficiently

What We’re Looking For

• Strong leadership presence and ability to manage a team in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in upscale dining, steakhouse, hotel, or high-volume restaurant operations preferred
• Excellent communication and guest relations skills
• Ability to motivate staff while maintaining accountability and standards
• Understanding of food, beverage, wine, and service fundamentals
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Professional appearance and attitude
• Experience with scheduling, labor control, inventory, and daily operations preferred

Salary : $55,000 - $65,000
