As Director of Sales and Marketing, you will have the opportunity to help shape that future—building demand, growing revenue, developing new relationships, strengthening the hotel's market position, and creating a high-performing sales culture.

THE OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for a hospitality sales leader who is passionate about selling experiences, building relationships, driving revenue, and developing people.

You will have the opportunity to:

• Lead and grow a dynamic sales and catering operation
• Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies
• Drive group, corporate, catering, wedding, social, and special-event business
• Build relationships with key corporate, association, social, and community accounts
• Position the hotel as a premier destination for weddings, galas, corporate events, meetings, and celebrations
• Lead, coach, and inspire a high-performing sales and catering team
• Create innovative sales strategies that differentiate the property in a competitive market
• Partner closely with hotel leadership and operations to maximize revenue and guest satisfaction
• Help establish the hotel's new identity and market positioning as the transformation unfolds
• Write your own path and leave your mark on a property entering an exciting new chapter

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Proven leadership experience in hotel sales and marketing

Salary : $170,000 - $180,000
