Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently.
- Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to ensure excellent customer service.
- Manage multiple tables or bar stations during busy hours while maintaining attention to detail.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties.
- Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in accordance with health regulations.
- Restock bar supplies, garnishes, and glassware as needed throughout shifts.
- Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible drinking and ensure safety.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards and responsible alcohol service practices.
