Principal Duties and Responsibilities - Primary responsibilities listed in order of importance
- Works independently onsite with a problem-solving positive attitude and maintains confidentiality of materials at all times.
- Supports claims resolutions by collecting relevant business documents required.
- Accesses and pulls video
- Cross trains with other departmental activities as needed.
- Serves as an engaged team member to actively identify and recommend additional opportunities for improvement of the total cost of risk.
- Ensures highest level of customer service with internal and external business partners while providing timely support.
- Maintains logs of data and/or reports related to claims support.
- Assists department with triage of claim calls, emails and mail.
- Assists in general department support and administrative duties, such as filing, sorting, etc.
- Other duties and special projects as assigned by Risk Management leaders.
