General Summary:
The Digital Content Operations Manager is responsible for driving operational excellence across Digital Content and broader digital delivery teams, ensuring alignment, clarity, and executional consistency across the organization. This role owns the processes, tools, and operating rhythms that support streamlined intake, prioritization, resource planning, and delivery across digital content initiatives. The position plays a critical role in increasing speed-to-market, improving cross-functional coordination, and elevating visibility for leadership across all digital workstreams.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day operational leadership and support for digital project managers, scrum masters, and UX teams, ensuring smooth execution and consistent delivery
- Own resource and capacity planning across digital initiatives to ensure balanced workloads, mitigate risks proactively, and optimize team efficiency
- Lead process optimization efforts by identifying inefficiencies and implementing standardized workflows that improve delivery speed, visibility, and accountability
- Establish and manage operational governance, ensuring consistent intake, prioritization, planning, and execution processes across digital content and programs
- Serve as the Monday.com super-user and owner for the digital organization, designing boards, automations, workflows, dashboards, and providing onboarding, training, and support for all teams
- Act as a primary liaison between Digital, Marketing, DGMN, UX, and Digital Product teams to ensure alignment, clear communication, and visibility into progress, risks, KPIs, and dependencies
- Develop operational reporting, metrics, and dashboards to support leadership decision-making and drive continuous improvement. Support initiative planning by improving meeting structures, communication, and cross-team coordination
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Strong operational leadership experience with the ability to manage processes, tools, and delivery workflows across complex digital teams
Expertise in resource planning, prioritization frameworks, and cross-functional project coordination
Advanced proficiency in workflow and productivity platforms; Monday.com expertise strongly preferred
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to develop dashboards, KPI reporting, and operational insights
Excellent communication, facilitation, and change-management skills
Proven ability to implement process improvements and standardize operating rhythms
Comfort working in fast-paced, evolving environments
Work Experience and/or Education:
- Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in digital operations, digital marketing, digital content, or project/product operations roles
- Experience supporting or partnering with cross-functional teams such as product, UX, marketing, and site merchandising
- Experience managing operational tools, workflows, and optimization programs preferred (ex: Monday.com, Workfront, or Jira)
