HVAC Commercial Maintenance Sales Representative
Pay: $70,000 - $80,000 Base Salary uncapped commission. Potential annual earnings of $100,000
Work Hours: Monday through Friday, 7:30am - 4:00pm, with occasional overtime

We're on the hunt for a competitive, outgoing, and results-driven sales professional to join our team as an HVAC Commercial Maintenance Sales Representative.
In this role, you'll be calling on top decision-makers at commercial facilities, showing them, how Doll Services can save them money on owning and operating costs while delivering top-tier service.

- Sales experience-you love closing deals and building relationships

- Mechanical aptitude is a plus, but no HVAC experience required-we'll coach you up!
Essential Job duties:
- Consistent cold call activity at the decision maker level
- Opening new doors for business
- Executive level presentations
- Building financial and life cycle analyses to quantify value from the customer's perspective
- Proposal generation and presentation
- Selling financial / ROI concept, not technical solutions
Position Requirements:
- B2B sales or consultative sales experience; success in selling services or other intangible offerings
- Cold calling experience, over the phone and in person
- Financial understanding; selling ROI concepts
- Self -Disciplined; results driven and accustomed to winning sales awards through consistently high performance
- Ability and skill to manage the entire sales cycle is essential
- Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment.
