Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused HVAC Comfort Advisor to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, helping homeowners solve problems, and providing exceptional service.
You will meet with homeowners, evaluate their comfort needs, present HVAC system options, and guide them through the purchasing process.
What You'll Do
- Meet with homeowners to discuss heating, cooling, and indoor air quality solutions
- Perform in-home consultations and system evaluations
- Prepare and present HVAC replacement proposals
- Educate customers on available equipment, financing, and maintenance options
- Follow up on leads and proposals
- Maintain accurate customer records in our CRM
- Collaborate with installation and service teams to ensure a great customer experience
- Represent the Matheny brand with professionalism and integrity
What We're Looking For
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A customer-first mindset
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Sales experience preferred
- HVAC experience preferred but not required
- Ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Valid driver's license
