Job Overview:
As a Temp Education Specialist at Dolce & Gabbana Beauty, you will support the execution of key education initiatives across the Americas, playing an active role in training operations, coordination, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration. This role is ideal for a professional with prior experience in training, education, or coordination roles, who is highly organized, detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
The Temp Education Specialist will contribute to the successful planning and execution of training programs, support education tools and materials, track key data and performance metrics, and collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth operational support across markets.
Key Responsibilities:
Training Coordination & Execution:
- Support the planning and execution of training sessions, meetings, and education initiatives across the region.
- Coordinate logistics for training activities, including catering, transportation, venue setup, and materials preparation.
- Ensure training tools, samples, and education materials are organized and available for each initiative.
- Support the management and tracking of education materials across markets and training events.
Product Allocation & Shipping Support:
- Coordinate and track product shipments for trainings, events, and education-related needs.
- Support internal requests related to product allocation and training tools.
- Partner with relevant teams to ensure timely and accurate shipment execution.
Data Tracking & Reporting:
- Collect, consolidate, and track training participation data, feedback, and sales results.
- Maintain and update education trackers, reports, and databases with accuracy.
- Analyze training-related data to identify key insights, trends, and performance metrics that support decision-making.
LMS Platform Support:
- Support the management of the Learning Management System (LMS) for the region.
- Upload training content and help monitor course completion and engagement.
- Assist in maintaining accurate records and supporting the optimization of LMS usage.
Project & Cross-Functional Support:
- Support the execution of ongoing education projects and regional training campaigns.
- Coordinate with global and regional teams to ensure alignment on education initiatives.
- Provide day-to-day support to the Education team on operational and administrative needs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in training coordination, education, event coordination, or a related support role.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to manage, analyze, and interpret data.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English. Spanish is a plus.
