Role Overview
Dolce & Gabbana Beauty seeks a Temp Brand Coordinator to support the planning and execution of brand initiatives across Travel Retail in the Americas. This role will support Makeup, Fragrances, and Skincare launches, activations, and commercial priorities, ensuring strong coordination between internal teams, retailers, and partners.
The position will help drive on-time launches, channel activations, and point-of-sale excellence while supporting brand visibility, sell-in, and sell-out objectives across Travel Retail markets.
Key Responsibilities
Launch Planning
- Coordinate launch timelines and key deliverables across Makeup, Fragrances, and Skincare for Travel Retail.
- Align guidelines, product copy, launch calendars, and sell-in materials with Sales and Marketing teams.
- Monitor launch readiness, including assets, testers, POSM, sampling, and other market needs.
- Flag risks, follow up on pending items, and support mitigation plans to ensure timely execution.
- Support 360° activations with retailers and partners, including animations, sampling, GWPs, bundles, and e-commerce initiatives.
- Consolidate monthly launch and activation calendars and capture post-activation learnings.
Travel Retail Coordination
- Serve as a key point of contact for assigned Travel Retail partners and internal stakeholders.
- Communicate brand guidelines, deadlines, launch priorities, and best practices.
- Gather market feedback on launches, competitors, pricing, customer behavior, and retail execution to support future plans.
- Ensure alignment with brand standards across all Travel Retail initiatives.
Reporting & Analytics
- Track sell-in, sell-out, stock, and launch performance by category, door, and market.
- Support the preparation of weekly and monthly reports, dashboards, and business updates.
- Identify key performance insights and propose clear actions to improve execution and results.
Budget & Administration
- Support budget tracking, purchase orders, invoices, and administrative follow-up.
- Maintain internal trackers for launches, activations, POSM, testers, sampling, and other marketing materials.
- Ensure documentation accuracy and timely approvals.
Cross-Functional Alignment
- Partner closely with Marketing, Sales, Education, Finance, Supply, and Global teams to ensure on-time delivery and strong execution.
- Align with Global Marketing on calendars, priorities, assets, and brand standards.
- Support the Travel Retail Senior Manager with ongoing projects, market follow-ups, and business priorities.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Marketing, ideally within beauty, luxury, or premium consumer goods.
- Experience supporting Travel Retail channels is strongly preferred.
- Experience across Makeup, Fragrances, and/or Skincare is a plus.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Familiarity with marketing tools, asset management platforms, and retailer portals is a plus.
- Ability to quickly adjust to shifting tasks and deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is a plus.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, collaborative, and comfortable working cross-functionally.
