We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate LPC to join our in-office team. The job consist of being hired as a contractor position (self-employed). Responsibilities include providing direct counseling services to clients, completing assessments and treatment plans, submitting OTRs and authorization requests to insurance companies, maintaining client documentation and filing, assisting with front office duties including answering phones and welcoming walk-in clients, and collaborating professionally with government officials and community partners when needed.
This position is ideal for a motivated professional who is organized, client-focused, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced office environment while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
