About The Role

• Thorough understanding of project definition, scope, and deliverables.
• Execution of project schedules, budgets, and performance.
• Lead planning and implementation of projects.
• Manage timelines and project performance.
• Define project tasks and resource requirements.
• Communicate project status, issues, and risks to management.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and methodologies.
• Participate in project status meetings as necessary.
• Manage project budgets.
• Prepare and manage change order work.
  
  

Requirements

• B.S. in Construction Management or equivalent experience.
• Preference with steel construction and/or steel fabrication.
• Experience with planning and change order management.
• Strong comprehension of construction drawings.
• Ability to read and understand design documents and specifications.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to develop and maintain project budgets.
• Knowledge of construction contracts and subcontract language.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Strong computer literacy skills.
