About The Role
- Thorough understanding of project definition, scope, and deliverables.
- Execution of project schedules, budgets, and performance.
- Lead planning and implementation of projects.
- Manage timelines and project performance.
- Define project tasks and resource requirements.
- Communicate project status, issues, and risks to management.
- Follow company policies, procedures, and methodologies.
- Participate in project status meetings as necessary.
- Manage project budgets.
- Prepare and manage change order work.
- B.S. in Construction Management or equivalent experience.
- Preference with steel construction and/or steel fabrication.
- Experience with planning and change order management.
- Strong comprehension of construction drawings.
- Ability to read and understand design documents and specifications.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to develop and maintain project budgets.
- Knowledge of construction contracts and subcontract language.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Strong computer literacy skills.
