About The Role

• Review and maintain files for all assigned job proposals.
• Complete and maintain applicable project status reports.
• Assist with expediting drawing approval returns and RFI responses.
• Communicate with others by means of telephone, email, and text.
• Assist with timelines and project performance tracking.
• Jobsite visits to deliver material or review jobsite status and take photos.
• Assist with coordination of deliveries.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and methodologies.
• Assist Project Managers with project budgets.
• Prepare project change orders.
  
  

Requirements

• B.S. in Construction Management (preferred, not mandatory)
• Experience in construction and/or steel fabrication.
• Able to develop a strong working knowledge of construction drawings.
• Able to organize and maintain complex data files.
• Must learn to develop, maintain, and modify project budgets.
• Must learn how to determine scope change and track change order costs.
• Must maintain a professional relationship with clients and coworkers.
• Ability to learn, company Management Information Software.
