Summary/Objective:
Project Supervisors report to the Director of Operations. Project Supervisors are responsible for overseeing the quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction of home exterior installation projects from start to finish, as directed by the DOO. This role requires roofing and/or construction management experience. Project Supervisors must have the ability to interact positively and effectively with installation crews and customers. They must also display the professionalism to ensure compliance with, at a minimum, manufacturer installation and quality standards, while being relentless in safety standard enforcement.
Must Have:
- Roofing, construction, and/or home exterior services experience
- Valid drivers license
- Report to an office or job site daily
Plus:

- Technical Repair / Installation Experience
Essential Functions:
- Supervise all assigned projects from arrival of materials and crews to completion, ensuring timely execution.
- Report job performance metrics, material usage, and labor efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, industry regulations, and safety requirements.
- Direct subcontractor crews to enhance productivity and job satisfaction.
- Perform Repairs and Punchlist Items as needed to facilitate efficient production.
- Collaborate with sales and subcontractors to ensure smooth handoff and execution of contracts.
- Execute project schedules, monitor progress, and work with DOO to adjust timelines as needed to meet deadlines.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
- Communicate to Director of Operations for escalations, dispute resolutions, and problem-solving in project operational issues.
- Report violations of OSHA and/or company safety policies to ensure a safe work environment for all employees.
- Conduct routine site inspections and audits to uphold safety and quality control.
General Functions:
Adhere to all company policies and standard operating procedures. Hold teams accountable for meeting company objectives and operational goals. General compliance with all established company policies.
