Salary & Benefits
This direct hire opportunity offers a competitive salary of $70,000-85,000 per year, including great benefits such as a 401(k) with company match, medical and dental insurance, paid holidays and vacation, and company-paid short-term disability.
Job Responsibilities
- Supervise and Coordinate Maintenance Activities
- Ensure equipment is properly maintained for maximum productivity and reliability
- Select, train, and evaluate maintenance staff
- Organize maintenance work orders and optimize team performance
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and ensure timely repairs
- Maintain safety standards and enforce company policies
- Prepare and manage the maintenance budget
Required Skills & Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- 1 years of experience in a similar role preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodations
