What you will do as an Associate Account Manager :
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through advising and responding to all correspondence in a quick and accurate manner
- Review current insurance programs offering the right coverage at a competitive price
- Communicate and educate clients on policies as needed
- Evaluate and process client requests to ensure appropriate coverage is met
- Resolve inquiries on service problems, billing, and claims to ensure client satisfaction
- Maintain client files in the agency management system following standard company policies and procedures
- Enter activity and other relevant documentation accurately into the company’s software system(s) in accordance with company procedure
