What You’ll Do
- Oversee daily pub operations to ensure great food, perfect pints, and excellent hospitality
- Hire, train, schedule, and supervise staff
- Maintain high service standards and ensure guest satisfaction
- Manage opening & closing procedures
- Handle ordering, inventory, and cost controls
- Support financial performance and help drive sales
- Participate in short- and long-term business planning
- Lead by example and foster a positive, energetic work environment
- Prior current restaurant management experience required
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy pub setting
- Knowledge of craft and imported beers is a major plus
- Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and a passion for hospitality
