Doheny’s is hiring Customer Support Specialists to help customers across the country with their swimming pool supply needs.

What You’ll Do
As a Customer Support Specialist, you’ll assist customers with orders, product questions, and general support through phone and email.
Daily responsibilities include:
- Answer incoming customer calls and emails
- Assist customers with product selection, order placement, and order support
- Provide help with account inquiries and order status
- Troubleshoot product questions and guide customers to the right solutions
- Process customer requests and ensure timely follow-up
- Maintain accurate customer account information and order details
- Identify opportunities to improve processes or training
- Support and assist seasonal customer support team members
- Handle escalated customer inquiries when needed
- Assist with team initiatives and special projects

Education
High School Diploma or GED required
Experience
Customer service or call center experience is helpful but not required.
