Reports to Returns Supervisor
Job Description: The Returns Associate will inspect the products and perform general warehouse duties, including material put-away, deliveries, and warehouse cleanup. Be very detail orientated and have a high degree of accuracy
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Unpack returned merchandise, inspect the product and clean or replace parts as needed.
- Inspect package condition and re-box if needed
- Generate labels and verify against product and label accordingly
- Test pumps and other product to determine if it still functions correctly
- Maintain a clean and organized work station
- Put-away boxes and parts as needed
- Dispose of scrap as needed
- Complete Returns daily task list as needed.
- Use of an RF gun to put away product accurately as needed
- Workday is a standard 8 hours, or until orders are completed, this time is spent in a warehouse setting.
- The position involves a significant amount of physical labor, requiring long hours of lifting, standing, and movement around the warehouse.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Dependable and reliable.
- Physically able to lift 60lbs and possibly more.
- Physically able to stand for long periods of time.
- Regularly required to use hand and arms.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with strong attention to detail.
- Reliable, good communicator, and team player
- Prior Warehouse experience.
- RF knowledge.
