Picker/Packer - Seasonal 1st Shift

Reports to Outbound Supervisor

Job Description: The Picker/Packer will pick and pack products and perform general warehouse duties, including material put-away and warehouse cleanup. Be very detail orientated and have a high degree of accuracy.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Pick small items to carts.
• Be able to operate a cart
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Be able to count accurately and verify items.
• Be able to pack small items safely and securely.
• Refer complex and unusual circumstances to the supervisor.
• Work within clearly defined processes and procedures
• Use of an RF gun or pc to pick/pack product accurately as needed.
  
  
  

Work Environment:

• Workday is a standard 8 hours, or until orders are completed, this time is spent in a warehouse setting.
• The position involves a significant amount of physical labor, requiring long hours of lifting, standing, and movement around the warehouse.

Minimum Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Dependable and reliable.
• Physically able to lift 60lbs and possibly more.
• Physically able to stand for long periods of time.
• Regularly required to use hand and arms.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with strong attention to detail.
• Reliable, good communicator, and team player
  
  
  

Desired Skills:

• Prior Warehouse experience.
• RF knowledge.
