Dogtopia, the industry leader in dog daycare, boarding, and spa services has an immediate opening for an energetic, organized, business-minded individual to lead our sales effort. This is a role for someone with a proven ability to create and manage multiple lead generation efforts and close a sale – memberships.

THE PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY OF THE PRM IS TO GROW THE NUMBER OF DOGS IN DAYCARE

• Fully understand the daycare and boarding model
• Fully understand and be able to effectively explain the benefits of our services
• Sell passes and memberships to new pet parents
• Plan and manage the Social Media campaign(s) for the Center
• Determine and effectively manage the digital spend for the Center
• Establish and manage the Guerrilla Marketing effort for the Center
• Implement and manage the Guerrilla Marketing Campaign
• Manage the referral program
• Convert generated leads to a Meet and Greet at the Center
• Convert the Meet & Greets to a pass or membership sale
• Conduct the 11 Stop Tour to prospective pet parents at the Meet & Greet
• Manage the communications between prospective leads and the Center
• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
• Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status report

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven work experience in sales
• Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
• Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
• Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
• Relationship management skills and openness to feedback

Schedule: Monday to Friday & Weekends

Experience: Sales: 1 year (Preferred)

Salary: $15.00-$17.00 Sales commission
