Join Our Pack as a Rover! We're seeking an energetic, organized, business-minded dog lover for our Rover position. You'll be cross-trained as a Canine Coach (playroom supervision and dog handling) and Front Desk Coordinator (customer service and operations). This versatile role is perfect for passionate individuals in animal care, those pursuing veterinary sciences or animal studies, or anyone building a career in pet services and dog daycare. Bonus: After successful training, bring YOUR dog to work—it's basically bring-your-dog-to-work day every day!

Key Responsibilities – Be Our Jack of All Trades!
- Support Canine Coach team in playrooms: supervise safe, engaging group play and assist with day-to-day tasks
- Follow proper protocols for crate time, cleaning, and safety (always chasing the highest standards!)
- Handle meal prep, feeding, and properly store daycare/boarding belongings with accurate labeling
- Coach teammates with positive feedback while holding high accountability for excellence
- Maintain a spotless, safe environment: proactive cleaning (mopping, sweeping, trash, water refills) and mess management in playrooms
- Learn health and grooming basics: bathing, nail trims, breed identification, behavior observation, and quality care standards
- Deliver outstanding customer service: greet pet parents, share pricing/services knowledge, aim for top reviews by engaging safely and smiling big
- Work cohesively with the team—ENJOY, GROW, and PLAY to your fullest potential!
Ideal Candidate
- Passionate dog lover with high energy and organization
- Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced, fun dog daycare setting
- Strong communicator and team player who thrives on positive reinforcement
- Prior experience in animal care, dog handling, veterinary assistant, or similar is a plus—but we provide full training!
