Job Title: Shipping and Light Production Associate
Position Summary:
The Shipping and Light Production Associate will be primarily responsible for shipping E-Commerce orders, receiving and stocking inventory, maintaining a clean and orderly warehouse and assisting with light production duties. You will be fulfilling orders through a variety of sales channels including Amazon, Etsy and Shopify. Interaction with web based MRP system for production and inventory control as required.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ensure Amazon orders are shipped on time as required
• Pick, pack, and ship retail orders
• Fulfill Wholesale Orders
• Assemble intercompany transfer orders – as needed.
• Receive incoming inventory in web based MRP system
• Strictly adhere to all safety policies and protocol
• Assisting with stock counts and inventory control
• Maintain a clean, organized warehouse facility
• Communicate inventory needs with management

Secondary Duties and Responsibilities:

· Measuring and cutting textile materials

· Stuffing textile pet toys

· Cutting webbing, Biothane, rope, nylon and similar materials for dog leashes

· Using electric element to cut and melt nylon products

· Assisting with other light production duties as required

· Use of light power tools – Drill, circular saw, heat gun, etc.

· Must have reliable transportation

· Basic computer skills

Education / Experience Desired: * 1 year warehouse experience preferred.

• Proficient in use of MS outlook, Excel
• Proficient in use of web-based shipping software – Ship Station, Stamps.com, Amazon, etc.

Language/Mathematical/Reasoning Ability: * Must be able to write and speak, both clearly and effectively.

• Must be comfortable working with numbers.
• Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong math skills required.

Supervision Given: * This position will report to the General Manager.

• The position holder is expected to be able to work with minimal oversight at times, able to confidently handle situations on their own.
