What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk -Dog Hotel position at Doggies Gone Wild?
Responsibilities:
- Greet and check-in guests (Dogs & Pet Parents) in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries or direct calls
- Provide information about hotel services, amenities, Grooming services
- Assist guests with check-out process and handle any billing inquiries
- Handle guest requests and complaints in a timely and efficient manner
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Assist with reservations and room assignments
- Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions
Skills:
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling guest( Dogs) information and reservations
- Proficient in using computer systems, including reservation software
- Knowledge of basic math for processing payments and handling cash transactions
Please note that , pet care, dog handling, are relevant to the Front Desk Agent position.
