We are looking for someone with great customer service skills to join the team as a Customer Care Representative! Located in Plano, Doggie Zen Den is a small, boutique facility that offers daycare, boarding, grooming, and training. We focus on quality over quantity and have been owner-operated since 2005.
Our Customer Care Representatives serve as the friendly face of our business by working at the front desk with our clients, but also help care for and handle dogs. Duties include greeting customers, checking in dogs, answering the phone, entering appointments in our computer system, cleaning duties, and feeding & medicating dogs. The ideal candidate may also be crossed-trained to supervise the daycare play groups as needed.
Ideal Customer Care Representatives are friendly, detail-oriented, can multi-task well and remain patient with people. Previous experience working professionally with dogs and knowledge of dog breeds is valued, but what is most important is having a true openness & desire to learn, a sincere love of dogs, and possessing a positive attitude – we will train the right candidate! All new employees will receive thorough one-on-one training in dog behavior and handling by our on-staff dog trainer, regardless of previous experience. This is an active, on-your-feet job! Must be 18 years old to apply. Working weekends, holidays and some evening shifts may be required.
