Job Summary
We are seeking energetic and compassionate Front Desk/Dog Daycare & Boarding Staff to join our vibrant team! In this role, you will be the heart of our dog care operations, ensuring each pup receives attentive handling, engaging activities, and a safe space to play and relax. Your enthusiasm and dedication will help create a positive experience for our furry clients and their owners alike.
Duties
- Communicate with clients on the phone and in person
- Schedule appointments
- Collect payments
- Prepare meals and administer medications
- Supervise dog play groups
- Bathe, dry, and brush dogs
- Cleaning, cleaning, and more cleaning
- Scoop a lot of poop
- Smile :)
Requirements
- Strong animal handling skills with an understanding of animal restraint and care procedures
- Excellent customer service skills to interact positively with pet owners and visitors
- Passion for animals with a lively attitude that promotes a fun environment for dogs and staff alike
- Willing to work odd shifts, including weekends and holidays
