Full-time individual needed to be responsible for helping to manage multiple new construction projects in the field from start to finish.
Duties To Include, But Not Limited To The Following
- Reporting to Senior Project Managers on job specific details.
- Understanding full scope of work for each project
- Manage all business aspects of multiple concurrent projects and ensure financial targets are met while maintaining established quality standards
- Manage all activities associated with production including labor, materials, equipment and services
- Manage the work load accurately as related to the contracted scope of work
- Manage subcontract labor and inhouse crews.
- Schedule and manage concrete deliveries.
- Purchases and track quantities of supplied materials to all projects
- Maintains a professional relationship with clients and ensures clear and consistent communication
- Develop and maintain updated and accurate schedules & daily reports for each project
- Develops and maintains a fair and professional relationship with subcontractors and vendors
- Ensures safe work environment and quality standards are maintained
- 1 years construction experience from a subcontractor’s perspective. Concrete construction management experience is a plus.
- Experienced managing multiple projects at one time
- Proven track record in the successful management of project cost, schedule, safety and quality
- Superior communication skills. Able to work effectively and develop strong working relationships with vendors and clients
- Must be able to speak English and Spanish.
- Valid Driver’s License required.
- Computer literate, experienced with Microsoft Office products to include Microsoft Project and construction programs such as PlanSwift, not required but is a plus.
