- Submit required photos and route reports after each completed route
- Comply with all local laws and neighborhood guidelines
- Reliable transportation
- Smartphone capable of taking clear photos
- Ability to follow directions and routes precisely
- Strong integrity and honesty (fraud results in immediate removal)
- Ability to walk neighborhoods for extended periods
- Professional behavior around homeowners
- $0.50 per verified door hanger placed
- $25 bonus per scheduled appointment generated from your assigned code/area
- $50 bonus per sold job over $2,000 tied to your assigned code/area
