We’re seeking a Senior IT Associate responsible for advanced troubleshooting, escalation management, and assistance with IT projects. This individual will act as a key liaison between end users, infrastructure teams, and leadership while ensuring high-quality IT service delivery.

We’re seeking a Senior IT Associate responsible for advanced troubleshooting, escalation management, and assistance with IT projects. This individual will act as a key liaison between end users, infrastructure teams, and leadership while ensuring high-quality IT service delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Provide on-site IT personnel for our Duluth and Alpharetta offices.
- Help Desk Technician II equivalent position.
- Stage offices / desks and assistant in moving computer hardware.
- Respond to and manage support requests via ticketing systems, phone, email, and in-person interactions while meeting established SLAs.
- Install and maintain computer systems and software on laptops and PCs.
- Document technical issues, resolutions, and standard operating procedures within the knowledge base.
- High school diploma or GED; Associate's degree in Information Technology or a related field preferred.
- 2 years of experience in technical support or help desk role.
- Experience with M365 administration and Windows OS.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems and SLA-driven environments.
- Strong listening skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively.
- Drive for continued education and willingness to learn new skills.
- Strong understanding of security best practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work shifts, including evenings or weekends if required.
- Additional travel outside of the Atlanta metro area offices may be required.
