IT Senior Associate

Senior IT support professional responsible for advanced troubleshooting, escalation management, and assistance with IT projects. Acts as a key liaison between end users, infrastructure teams, and leadership while ensuring high-quality IT service delivery.

Responsibilities:

• On-site IT personnel for our Duluth and Alpharetta offices
• Help Desk Technician II equivalent position
• Physically able to stage offices / desks and assist in moving computer hardware
• Respond to and manage support requests via ticketing systems, phone, email, and in-person interactions while meeting established SLAs
• Installing and maintaining computer systems and software on laptops and PCs.
• Document technical issues, resolutions, and standard operating procedures within the knowledge base.
• Additional travel outside of the Atlanta metro area offices may be required.

Qualifications:

• 2 years of experience in technical support or help desk role
• Experience with M365 administration and Windows OS
• Familiarity with ticketing systems and SLA-driven environments
• Strong listening skills
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Drive for continued education and willingness to learn new skills
• Solid understanding of security best practices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to work shifts, including evenings or weekends if required
