Salary: $17.00/ hourly

Unity Youth Services is seeking a motivated and outgoing Community Engagement Specialist to expand community partnerships, increase program awareness, and connect youth and families to vital services.

Key Responsibilities
Community Outreach & Partnerships
- Develop relationships with schools, churches, community agencies, and referral sources
- Represent Unity Youth Services at networking events, resource fairs, and community meetings
- Conduct presentations to promote programs and services
- Identify opportunities for new partnerships and program growth
Youth & Family Engagement
- Serve as first point of contact for prospective families
- Assist with intake coordination and referral follow-up
- Support families in accessing community resources
Marketing & Awareness
- Assist with outreach campaigns and social media engagement
- Track referral sources and community engagement metrics
- Help plan and support community events
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Services, Social Work, Communications, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2 years of experience in community outreach, youth services, nonprofit work, or behavioral health
- Strong public speaking and relationship-building skills.
- Reliable transportation for local outreach
Preferred:
- Experience working with at-risk youth or families
- Knowledge of local community resources
