Responsibilities- Assist with loading and unloading items during moving operations.
- Drive vehicles safely to transport goods and equipment.
- Engage with customers, addressing their needs and inquiries professionally.
- Secure and pack items properly to prevent damage during transit.
- Maintain accurate inventory records of items being moved.
- Work as part of a team to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and safely.
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines during the moving processes.
- Experience in logistics, moving, or warehouse settings is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Strong physical ability to lift and carry heavy items (up to 75 lbs).
- A valid driver's license with a good driving history; CDL preferred but not required.
- Flexibility to work varying hours, including weekends if necessary.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well with diverse teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- A positive attitude and work ethic, with a desire to learn and grow in the industry.
- Additional, on the job, PAID training to align with Dodge standards will be provided.
