Duties
- Prepare ingredients and assist with food assembly to ensure timely service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen stations, adhering to food safety standards
- Handle food safely, including proper storage, handling, and sanitation procedures
- Support cooking and plating of menu items under the supervision of chefs or managers
- Assist with bussing tables, clearing dishes, and supporting guest service teams as needed
- Washing dishes and maintaining a clean kitchen.
- Operate Toast POS for order processing
- Contribute to banquet setups, event catering, or special service occasions when required
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not mandatory
- Knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations
- Strong communication skills to coordinate with team members and interact with guests professionally
- Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weights, and work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with kitchen equipment, cooking techniques, or culinary training is a plus
- Hospitality or hotel experience can enhance your ability to deliver guest-focused service
- Demonstrated reliability, teamwork orientation, and enthusiasm for hospitality roles
