Duties
- Assist with installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems using hand tools, power tools, and pipe threading equipment.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate project execution.
- Support the setup and operation of welding equipment when required for pipe fabrication or repairs.
- Perform heavy lifting and physical tasks necessary for construction site work, including carpentry and remodeling activities.
- Conduct routine inspections of plumbing systems, identify issues, and help implement solutions in accordance with safety standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment on-site, ensuring all tools and materials are properly stored.
- Collaborate with team members on field service projects involving HVAC systems, maintenance tasks, and system troubleshooting.
Experience
- Previous construction site experience or hands-on work with plumbing systems is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates.
- Basic knowledge of construction practices, plumbing techniques, and mechanical systems is advantageous.
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, schematics, and blueprint reading enhances your ability to succeed in this role.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently while maintaining attention to detail during installation or repair tasks.
