Responsibilities
- Excel spread sheeting
- Creating new workbook
- Pivot tables
- Charting
- Keeping up with your email, responding according and calendaring
- Communicating with branch coordinators, sales rep’s and finance partners
- Processing deals with the finance partners
- Meet closing deadlines
- Completing all work assigned to you
- Processing any task that are assigned to you by your supervisor or manager.
- Working monthly reports
- Processing orders in E-Automate and Agent Dealer
- Analysis (problem identification)
- Attention to Detail
- Customer service orientation
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Work standards (concern for quality)
- Technical knowledge/skills
- Troubleshooting skills
- Great communication skills both verbal and written.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Experience using E-Auto preferred.
- Minimum: High School Diploma or GED
- Industry experience 5 years
- Ability to sit for extended periods of time.
- Ability to occasionally stand, stoop, bend, and kneel.
- Manual dexterity to use hands and fingers to handle, control computer and telephone keyboard.
- Visual acuity to read printed and electronic documents.
- Ability to regularly speak clearly so listeners can understand.
- Ability to understand the speech of others.
- Occasionally lift 10-30 pounds
