Role Description The Contract Billing Auditor, Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in San Antonio, TX. In this position, the specialist reviews customer contracts and billing records to ensure accurate invoicing, compliance with contractual terms, and timely resolution of discrepancies. Day-to-day responsibilities include auditing billing data, reconciling accounts, identifying and correcting errors, and preparing detailed reports for internal stakeholders. The specialist is expected to manage multiple audit tasks concurrently, prioritize workload, and maintain a strong focus on accuracy and confidentiality.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical and auditing skills, with the ability to interpret contract language and reconcile complex billing data.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other office productivity tools; familiarity with ERP or billing systems is highly beneficial.
- Solid understanding of basic accounting and invoicing principles, including account reconciliation and variance analysis.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and documenting findings clearly.
