The Contract Billing Specialist position involves regular communication with internal and external customers to insure proper billing of service revenue. Responsibilities
- Contract Setup for new and existing customers.
- Contract Audit.
- Resolve and adjust billing and/ contract issues for new and existing customers.
- Final Billing of removed or terminated equipment and/ contracts.
- Monitor tasks and e-mails for updates and/ discrepancies.
- Research/Renew expiring contracts.
- Weekly/Monthly Reports, as determined by Contract Billing Supervisor.
- Internal Meter Collector Backup.
- Communicate with AR/OP and vendors, as well as other departments to successfully set up contracts and resolve any discrepancies on detail and billings.
- Special Projects and/ additional tasks assigned by Contract Billing Supervisor.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Detail oriented.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Proficiency with Excel, Word, Outlook, E-Automate, FM Audit.
- Minimum: High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to sit for extended periods of time.
- Ability to occasionally stand, stoop, bend, and knee.
- Manual dexterity to use hands and fingers to handle, control computer and telephone keyboard.
- Visual acuity to read electronic documents.
- Ability to regularly speak clearly so listeners can understand.
- Ability to understand the speech of others.
