Job Description: We are seeking a professional and passionate Server committed to delivering an exceptional dining experience. The ideal candidate will possess a refined understanding of high-level service, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to anticipate guest needs. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, a polished demeanor, and the ability to work seamlessly within a team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide impeccable table service with a focus on creating a memorable guest experience.
- Present menus, explain specials, and make knowledgeable recommendations on food and beverage pairings.
- Accurately take orders and ensure timely delivery of food and beverages.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and potential allergens.
- Consistently monitor tables, anticipating guest needs and responding promptly to requests.
- Ensure all service areas are clean, organized, and well-stocked throughout shifts.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service.
- Handle guest concerns with professionalism and escalate issues to management when necessary.
- Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and food safety regulations.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a server in a high-end restaurant or hospitality setting.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong knowledge of food, wine, and cocktail pairings.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining poise.
- Professional appearance and demeanor with a focus on guest satisfaction.
