Reach Truck / Aislemaster Operator
Pay Rate: $19.00 / hour
Schedule: First Shift | 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM (Monday – Friday)
Location: Greenville, SC (On-site at customer manufacturing plant)

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and safety-focused Aislemaster / Reach Truck Operator to support a dedicated customer project on-site at a manufacturing facility in Greenville, SC. In this role, you will play a crucial part in keeping material moving safely and efficiently through the plant.
Teamwork and flexibility are essential: when project demand fluctuates, you will also cross-train and work alongside our Preservation Team to protect, package, and prepare inventory for long-term storage or shipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently operate Aislemaster and Reach Trucks to stage, move, rack, and retrieve materials within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Support dedicated customer project requirements with high accuracy and urgency.
- Assist the Preservation Team during peak demand periods (tasks may include protective wrapping, labeling, applying rust preventatives, or custom packaging).
- Perform daily equipment pre-checks and maintain clean, safe aisles and work areas.
- Conduct inventory checks and track material movements accurately.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Required Experience: Proven hands-on experience operating Aislemaster and/or Reach Truck equipment.
- Pre-Employment Screening: Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen.
- Adaptability: A team-first attitude and willingness to pitch in with preservation duties whenever needed.
- Detail-Oriented: Strong focus on workplace safety, plant protocols, and inventory accuracy.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and comfortable working in an active manufacturing setting.
