Duties
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Toast
- Prepare and serve food items following established recipes and food safety guidelines
- Process credit card, and digital payments accurately while handling cash with care
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
- Maintain cleanliness of expo area, FoH cold line and sanitizing surfaces regularly
- Assist in food handling, stocking supplies, and ensuring all sanitation standards are met for a safe environment
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service or quick service & fast food restaurants preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key!
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Basic math skills for retail math, and order calculations
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting while managing time efficiently
- Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
- Experience with food preparation or culinary tasks is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate
