What are the responsibilities and job description for the Parlor Supervisor position at Doc Burnsteins Ice Cream Lab Inc?
The Parlor Supervisor is responsible for ensuring that the parlor operates efficiently, profitably while maintaining the company's mission and quality of service. This person will leverage existing industry knowledge to increase the bottom line of the parlor. The Parlor Supervisor creates sales strategies to identify prospective opportunities and boost revenue. Executes on this strategy, builds and maintains a healthy and growing funnel of potential opportunities. Manages the funnel to ensure the effective progression of opportunities across the sales cycles and is driving the bottom line while meeting labor and CoGs targets.

Salary : $54,000 - $60,000
