The Parlor Supervisor is responsible for ensuring that the parlor operates efficiently, profitably while maintaining the company's mission and quality of service. This person will leverage existing industry knowledge to increase the bottom line of the parlor. The Parlor Supervisor creates sales strategies to identify prospective opportunities and boost revenue. Executes on this strategy, builds and maintains a healthy and growing funnel of potential opportunities. Manages the funnel to ensure the effective progression of opportunities across the sales cycles and is driving the bottom line while meeting labor and CoGs targets.

Delivers clear, concise presentations, training, standards and expectations with enthusiasm and passion that demonstrate knowledge of the business product and/or services.
  • Negotiating: Exudes confidence and trustworthiness. Remains professional under pressure and demonstrates responsible decision - making in stressful or unexpected situations. Diffuses conflict in ways that create additional value and leads to new opportunities. Makes sound business decisions based on experience, wisdom and thorough understanding of the situation.
  • Relationships: Builds effective relationships and collaborates with peers, managers and co-workers across all Doc Burnstein's locations. Openly communicates, provides timely feedback and shares ideas.
  • Maintains a high level of professionalism and represents Doc Burnsteins as an industry leader to competitors, customers and employees.
  • Position may include other duties as determined by the company.

Required

  • Knowledgeable in essential food service standards, equipment and process
  • Food Manager Safety Training
  • Full Proficient in POS and scheduling software
  • High level of computer skills; including spreadsheets, word processing.
  • Time management skills
  • Proven Team Builder
