What are the responsibilities and job description for the CALL CENTER REPRESENTATIVE position at Doc Bresler's Cavity Busters?
Doc Bresler's Cavity Busters is seeking an experienced Call Center Representative to join our team. This is an immediate, full-time position. You must be able to work one Saturday per month.
Call Center Reprehensive Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Manage and maintain the appointment book for each location, ensuring every appointment is filled.
- Answer all calls while following detailed scripts.
- Scheduling dental appointments throughout eight locations.
- Pre-register new patients and verify their previous dental procedure history.
- Check patient insurance and eligibility via phone or website.
- Update and verify patient demographics in Dentrix Enterprise.
- Receive and scan record releases, email records/x-rays.
- Fill out school forms and email to patients.
- Manage office email accounts.
- Confirm all appointments that are not completed by Lighthouse 360.
- Take messages from other providers and vendors.
- Transfer calls throughout the organization in a professional manner.
- Place outbound phone calls to follow up with patient questions or concerns.
- Utilize the recall report to call patients who are due for their routine visit, but are not appointed.
Required:
- 2 years working within a call center environment.
- Ability to answer a large volume of phone calls while communicating clearly and compassionately.
- Ability to multi task different job duties and work in a team environment.
- Ability to maneuver through the internet and software programs.
Requested, but not required:
- Bilingual a plus (Spanish, Russian, Chinese).
- Experience with Dentrix Enterprise dental software and dental terminology.
Schedule:
Monday to Thursday 9am - 6pm
Friday 8:30am - 2:30pm
One Saturday per month from 8am – 2:30pm
