Move Out Cleaner

Doblo Turn Pros is growing, and we're looking for reliable, detail-oriented cleaning professionals to help us complete apartment turns for property management companies, apartment communities, landlords, and real estate professionals throughout Utah.

This is a 1099 Independent Contractor position, meaning you control your schedule, choose the jobs you accept, and get paid per completed project rather than by the hour.

If you take pride in your work, show up when you say you will, and can consistently deliver a quality clean, we'd love to talk with you.

What You'll Be Doing

Our cleaners perform move-out and make-ready cleaning services, including:

• Full apartment move-out cleans
• Kitchens, appliances, cabinets, and countertops
• Bathrooms and fixtures
• Dusting, wiping, and sanitizing surfaces
• Interior windows and mirrors
• Sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping
• Removing debris and preparing units for new residents
• Reporting any maintenance issues noticed during cleaning

Properties may include:

• Studio apartments
• 1, 2, and 3-bedroom apartments
• Townhomes
• Single-family rental homes

What We're Looking For

• Previous residential, apartment, Airbnb, hotel, or move-out cleaning experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail
• Reliable transportation
• Smartphone for communication and photos
• Ability to work independently

• Dependable and responsive
• Innovative problem solving and cleaning solutions

Contractor Requirements

Because this is a 1099 Independent Contractor position, applicants must:

• Be legally authorized to work in the United States
• Have their own transportation
• Provide their own basic cleaning supplies and equipment (required)
• Maintain any licenses, insurance, or business requirements applicable to independent contractors (must maintain a $1M general liability insurance policy)
• Be able to invoice or receive contractor payments

Compensation

Project-based pay (1099 Contractor)

Pay varies based on unit size, scope, and property requirements. Reliable contractors who consistently produce quality work and communicate well will receive priority for future assignments and larger opportunities.

Pay: $19.00 - $31.00 per hour
