Director of Campus Engagement

The Director of Campus Engagement provides leadership, strategic vision, and planning for a comprehensive portfolio of programs and services that drive co-curricular involvement for all Doane University students.The Director supports the mission of the institution and the Division of Student Affairs; promotes an active co-curricular experience for both residential (Crete campus) and nonresidential students (Lincoln campus); fosters the development of student organizations, their individual members and advisors; contributes to student leadership development and connection to the larger Doane community, and; must possess a broad and deep understanding of national best practices and innovations to promote a robust co-curricular experience. The Director collaborates with multiple campus and community partners on all campuses to achieve these outcomes.Diversity, equity and inclusion are mission-imperative areas in the Doane community, and the Director should be a leader in promoting an inclusive and equitable environment.
