Job Description:

• Insurance or tax experience is not required but a plus
• Must be bilingual in English and Spanish (Proficient)
• Computer proficiency
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs

Insurance Sales Agent Duties:

• As an Insurance Agent, you will play a crucial role in providing insurance solutions to our clients, meeting sales quota, establishing client relationships and using sales strategies to close sales
• Evaluate individual customer needs and financial status to educate clients on insurance plans
• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationship
• Must be able to make phone contacts every day
• Must be responsible for following up with new and current customers
• Provide excellent customer service to our existing client list
• Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification through calls to insurance companies or web access.

Requirements:

• P&C license or Tax License ( Not Required/will train)

Schedule

• Weekends and/or Weekdays as required. We open everyday from 10am to 6pm (closed on Tuesdays).

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 – 40 per week
